We only collect what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, your phone number where you provide it, and the details of your enquiry. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and technical purposes.

We use your information for one purpose, to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote. By sending an enquiry you consent to us using your details to contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Cookies and website analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and the fonts it uses are served from this website itself rather than by a third party. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other websites. Cloudflare is an international provider, so this processing may happen outside South Africa.
Who else may process it
The contact form is handled by a third-party form service, which delivers your message to our email. Our website is hosted by a South African hosting provider. These providers process your information only to deliver their service. Because the form service may process data on servers outside South Africa, your enquiry may be transferred across borders, and it is handled under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit who can access it. Your enquiry is treated as confidential.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
